ArabLab Live is the Middle East's longest-running trade show for laboratory, analytical and scientific equipment, now in its 44th year and organised by Terrapinn. The 2026 edition runs from 26 to 28 October 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre (Sheikh Saeed Halls 1–3 and the Trade Centre Arena), with a free three-day conference and its "Live Lab" format of working demonstrations.

Laboratory managers and scientists from hospitals, universities, government and oil and gas labs, food-safety and environmental testing labs, procurement teams and distributors of scientific instruments. Visitors want to see instruments running and compare specifications, accuracy and service support.

At ArabLab 2023 we designed and built the Star Labs stand at Dubai World Trade Centre — an open corner stand with a gabled fascia, backlit shelving for laboratory products and two demo counters.

Stand design tips for ArabLab

• Design around working demos. The show's "Live Lab" format rewards instruments running on the stand — plan benches at working height with power and data.

• Check utilities early. Some instruments need water, drainage, compressed gas or stable power; these services must be ordered from the organiser in advance.

• Keep it clean and bright. White and light finishes with good task lighting suit laboratory brands and show small products clearly.

• Protect delicate kit. Lockable cabinets keep instruments and samples secure overnight during the three days.

Planning timeline

• 10–12 weeks before: confirm space and brief, list instruments and services, start design

• 6–8 weeks before: final design, submit drawings and service orders

• 3–4 weeks before: fabrication and graphics

• Build-up days: on-site installation, instrument set-up and handover before opening; dismantling after the show
