Gulfood is one of the world's largest annual food and beverage trade shows, organised by Dubai World Trade Centre. The 2027 edition runs from 15 to 19 March 2027 across two venues — Dubai World Trade Centre and the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai — open from 09:00 to 17:00 each day.

Who visits Gulfood

Importers, distributors, supermarket and e-commerce buyers, hotel, restaurant and catering (HoReCa) procurement teams, and trade delegations from around the world. Many exhibitors take part through national pavilions, so buyers often walk a country pavilion end to end — your stand has to stand out next to dozens of neighbours.

We have built stands at Gulfood every year since 2023. At Gulfood 2026 alone we designed and built 26 stands, many of them inside the India Pavilion, for brands including 4700BC, Al Nasir, Al Proteins, Al Sami, Anvi Little India, Bikaji, BSR Overseas, Chaman Lal, Continental Coffee, Goldiee, GRB, HMA, HyFun, KD Dynamic, Lal Quila, LRNK, Makler, Marhaba Frozen Foods, Mrs Bector's, Pagariya, Prabhuji, RKG, Senso, Shri Ram Food, Sriracha Flyin and Suhana.

Stand design tips for Gulfood

• Check your venue first. Since 2026 Gulfood is split by sector across Dubai World Trade Centre and Expo City Dubai, more than 30 km apart. Deliveries, crew and build-up are planned separately for each venue.

• Declare sampling early. Tasting counters and live cooking need extra services — water, drainage, power and extraction — and food-safety approval, so they must be in the first design brief.

• Design within pavilion rules. Country pavilions set fascia, height and colour rules. Strong lighting, a clear product wall and an open front help a stand stand out within those limits.

• Plan storage for five days. Samples and catalogues run out fast at a five-day show; a lockable store room keeps restocking off the stand floor.

• Leave room for meetings. Most Gulfood business is distributor and buyer meetings, so plan seating for several meetings at once.

Planning timeline

• 12–16 weeks before: confirm space, venue and brief, start design

• 8 weeks before: final design, submit drawings and service orders (power, water, rigging)

• 4 weeks before: fabrication, graphics and pre-build

• Build-up days: on-site installation and handover before opening; dismantling after the show closes

Gulfood places sectors in different halls across the two venues. Your space contract and floor plan show the hall; send it to us and we plan logistics for that venue.

Yes. At Gulfood 2026 we built many stands inside the India Pavilion, working to the pavilion organiser's design rules.

How early should we book a stand builder for Gulfood?

Ideally 12–16 weeks before the show. Gulfood is one of the busiest weeks of the year for Dubai contractors and venues.
