The International Apparel & Textile Fair (IATF) is a sourcing fair for clothing, fabrics and fashion accessories, held twice a year at Dubai World Trade Centre by Nihalani Events Management. The autumn 2026 edition runs from 16 to 18 November 2026.

Stand design tips for IATF

• Let buyers handle the fabric. Swatch walls, hanging rails and sample tables matter more than large graphics.

• Light for true colour. High-CRI lighting shows fabric colours as they really are, which avoids disputes on orders.

• Plan a sampling table. Buyers sit to go through catalogues and price lists, so plan seating and storage for sample books.

• Keep stock organised. Shelving by category (menswear, womenswear, kids, home textiles) helps buyers scan quickly.

• 10–12 weeks before: confirm space and brief, start design

• 6–8 weeks before: final design, submit drawings and service orders

• 3–4 weeks before: fabrication and graphics

• Build-up days: on-site installation and handover before opening; dismantling after the show closes
