Stand design tips for Middle East Coatings Show

• Show the finish. Coated panels, colour walls and before-and-after samples let visitors judge quality up close.

• Plan for technical meetings. Buyers discuss formulations and supply terms; a seated meeting area with screens helps.

• Use your product on the stand. Floors, walls and fixtures finished in your own coatings act as a live demonstration.

• Mind the lighting. Colour accuracy matters; use high-CRI lighting so samples look true.

Planning timeline

• 10–12 weeks before: confirm space and brief, start design

• 6–8 weeks before: final design, submit drawings and service orders

• 3–4 weeks before: fabrication and graphics

• Build-up days: on-site installation and handover before opening; dismantling after the show closes
