Stand design tips for PROPAPER Dubai

• Show the converted product. Rolls, tissue packs and packaging samples next to the machine prove what it can produce.

• Plan for machinery. Converting and printing machines need power, floor-load checks and early delivery slots.

• Make samples easy to take. Buyers collect samples to compare; a sample counter keeps the aisle clear.

• Keep it compact. A three-day show in a hotel and arena venue suits modular stands that install quickly.

Planning timeline

• 10–12 weeks before: confirm space and brief, start design

• 6–8 weeks before: final design, submit drawings and service orders

• 3–4 weeks before: fabrication and graphics

• Build-up days: on-site installation and handover before opening; dismantling after the show closes
