• Confirm the city first. The show has been held in both Riyadh and Jeddah, so transport routes, crew travel and build-up plans depend on the announced venue.

• Allow time for shipping. Stand materials built outside the Kingdom need extra days for transport and customs clearance before build-up.

• Use bilingual graphics. Arabic and English branding and product information help Saudi buyers and government visitors.

• Plan a proper meeting area. Distributor and partnership talks are the main business, so a comfortable seating area or a semi-closed meeting room is worth the space.

• Get sampling approved early. Food tasting and live cooking need the organiser's approval and the right services (power, water) booked in advance.
